Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Headlight Doctor's website and mobile headlight restoration services. By submitting a booking request or contact form on this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

The Headlight Doctor provides mobile headlight restoration services, performed on-site at the customer's location, currently serving Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, and Hamilton. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside this area or outside our operating capacity.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting the booking form on our website sends us a request, not a confirmed appointment. Exact appointment times can vary depending on availability. We will follow up by email within 1 business day to confirm your appointment date and time. We currently accept appointments on Sundays and Mondays, between 9 AM and 7 PM.

3. Pricing

Pricing is quoted per pair of headlights and varies by vehicle type (sedan, SUV/pickup, or heavy duty/commercial), as shown on our website at the time of booking. Restoring a single headlight is billed at half the pair price. Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time your appointment is booked.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service, using a payment method agreed upon with your technician at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing theheadlightdoctorgta@gmail.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

6. Warranty

Every restoration includes a 5-month warranty against hazing and fading of the treated headlight lens. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, aftermarket coatings or products applied after our service, improper cleaning, or ordinary wear unrelated to hazing or fading. To make a warranty claim, contact us at theheadlightdoctorgta@gmail.com with your original service details.

7. Vehicle Condition & Limitation of Liability

Our restoration process is performed on the existing condition of your vehicle's headlights. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracks, moisture intrusion, or defects unrelated to headlight lens clarity that are discovered before, during, or after service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Headlight Doctor's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for the purpose of informing you about our services and allowing you to submit booking requests and inquiries. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting our forms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
